SLOW LIFE brings together the specialists who discuss the Polish food and regional products’ quality
The representatives of the Polish Chamber of Regional and Local Product held the press conference under the banner of "Polish food - certification and control. How to recognise high-quality products? Consumer Patriotism" . The conference was designed to disseminate the information campaigns carried out by the Chamber whose aim to persuade consumers to choose Polish organic products. Polish cereal products, fruit and vegetables, milk and pork are among promoted foods. The "Polish milk guarantees quality and taste" campaign includes a series of inspirational culinary films available for the general public. They include the ten ideas meals and snacks based on Polish dairy products: - We want to show how to make something delicious - use milk, cream, cottage cheese and kefir, use easy and quick recipe. Polish dairy products are famous for the top quality. These products are a great complement, an important ingredient of the modern healthy nutrition pyramid - emphasised Izabella Byszewska, President of the Polish Chamber of Regional and Local Product.
The product certification issues were also discussed in the course of the event. The "Quality Tradition" is used to highlight high-quality food products including traditional ones. A product with the seal is the guarantee for consumers - only the highest quality raw materials have been used for production.
