2020 Artem Ad Deum laureates
The SACROEXPO tradition is the gala evening when which the winners of the Per Artem Ad Deum officially receive the Medal. Until now, Targi Kielce saw 26 winners, and among them Krzysztof Penderecki, Krzysztof Zanussi, Wincenty Kućma, Ennio Morricone and Wojciech Kilar. This year's medal ceremony is combined with the opening ceremony of the fair and will take place on 28 September at 10:00.
This year, the medals will be awarded to three people: one of the most outstanding representatives of the contemporary music's religious genre - Paweł Łukaszewski, one of the most impressive stained glass artists in Poland, a painter, graphic artist, expert and admirer of religious art - Jerzy Skąpski and Leszek Sosnowski - the founder of the Biały Kruk Publishing House, a Polish book author and journalist. A specially arranged exhibition, where you will be able to see the works of the awarded artists has been designed a unique attraction for visitors. The collection will include see the design of late Jerzy Skąpski, admire the 27-volume series "The History of John Paul II's Pontificate", edited by Leszek Sosnowski, and purchase Paweł Łukaszewski's records available at the DUX Publishing House's expo stand.
