Trying to find the way in the maze of regulations on environmental protection – wondering whether you have complied with all requirements – anxious about legal consequences – trying to avoid paying massive fines? Are you expecting the Inspectorate of Environmental Protection audit or have you gine through one already?
Specific environmental perfection obligation lies in industry representatives, manufacturers, food stuff producers, service providers, entrepreneurs as well as public authorities and managing authorities responsible for infrastructure and utilities indispensable for present day society. Thus the environmental perfection standards or broadly defined sustainable development requirements and principles have been reflected in domestic and international legal regulations for many years now. Legal obligations are a subject of frequent changes which makes it difficult to remember and apply them.
We are looking forwards to your joining a series of conferences held on 18th and 19th March 2014. The conferences’ objective is make the participants familiar with the latest changes and amendments with regards to Polish environmental protection requirements which came into force only recently – in 2013. The conferences’ programme has been arranged to provide comprehensive information on obligations which have been modified or have been recently imposed. Definitions, deadlines and time-limit changes, different methods used to fulfil the reporting obligation, competence of specific offices will be given special attention. We have selected the conference topics not only to provide the answers to questions like: What? When? Where? but also “how” to comply in practice with the regulations imposed upon entrepreneurs.
