The Necroexpo is not only a place to present the latest solutions -  coffins, urns and hearses;  this is also the arena for expanding knowledge and acquiring new skills. Agnieszka Nowak's lectures are an excellent opportunity to meet a unique expert in cemetery safety and hygiene - she is an enthusiast willing to share her success stories, experiences and knowledge. The lecture include time for asking questions and talking to people with similar interests.

– The lecture I deliver discusses the latest inspections and requirements that are imposed on funeral directors under the new regulations in the context of machines, means of transport and workplace equipment – invites Agnieszka Nowak from Salvum BHP.

On a daily basis, the lecturer is the Chief Specialist for occupational health and safety Agnieszka Nowak has worked to ensure safe working conditions for various companies and institutions for years. The expert understands that health and safety regulations are more than a set of rules to be followed, but above all a way to ensure the safety and health of all employees. Thus she constantly works on developing and implementing innovative safety procedures that are both effective and accessible to all employees. His achievements lists includes original Good Hygiene Practices (GHS) dedicated to the funeral industry,  she is also master-trainer of occupational health and safety. Her training is dynamic, interactive and full of practical tips that can be applied in everyday work; she talks about the regulations and teaches how to use them in practice to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

In addition to being appreciated by employers and employees, Agnieszka Nowak has been recognised and honoured many times for her work by control authorities. Her commitment resulted in 4 employers entering the competition and receiving a PIP diploma in recognitnion for improving occupational safety. Another success - the receipt of subsidies for 100% of employers registered in ZUS competitions designed to improve occupational safety.

Agnieszka Nowak actively participates in various types of conferences, training and seminars on Occupational Health and Safety, both as a participant and a speaker,  she cyclically lectures employers, allowing them to build awareness of the importance of safety in work processes. This process provides the basis for informed decisions regarding the improvement of working conditions. She helps you navigate in the complexities of regulations and help adapt to the specifics of your industry.

The 10th International Funeral and Cemetery Fair NECROEXPO - is held from 7 to 9 June 2024 in Targi Kielce.
