The Agricultural Machine of the Year title is presented only at the AGROTECH trade fair.

The jury panel has decided to award the four best products. The Agricultural Machine of the Year in the category of domestic products goes to the AGROMASZ Gruszczewski Janusz company form Mrągowo – this is a frontal loader Ł-106A (T202/3). It has been designed for manure, silage, loose materials, rolled bale of straw loading as well as for manure, soil and snow skimming. The 2012 title of the Machine of the Year for imported products has been awarded to the milking robot Lely Astronaut A4 produced by Lely Industries N.V. the Netherlands, the product has been put forward for the contest by Lely East Sp. z o.o. – Bydgoszcz.

the contest accolades were also presented to:
a) domestic machine category: bi-axial trailer of T711 series produced by METAL FACH Sp. z o.o. from Sokółka,
b) imported machine category: agricultural tractor New Holland T8.390 produced by CNH America LLC from the USA, the product has been put forward for the contest by New Holland Polska from Płock.

The Agricultural Machine of the Year title has been awarded for the 17th time this year. The jury panel composed of specialists have selected the machines which best meet the requirements in the following categories: functionality, operation safety, unique construction design, aesthetics and operation costs. The best of the best in 2012 have been selected by the panel composed of:

The FARMTRAC 690DT tractor made by Farmtrac Tractors Europe Sp. z o.o. from Mrągowo was the winner in their category.
