Agrotech and Las-Expo 2023 have officially commenced!
- We started like a Cinderella of the Polish exhibition industry, the first Agrotech used just one hall and was the showcase for only a few companies. Now, we have to build temporary expo halls to accommodate everyone. This year's expo is symptomatic - and incredible optimism in the industry, there is a war going on and from the perspective of many countries, Poland is perceived as a frontline country. In addition, inflation persists, and many companies are still struggling with the consequences of the pandemic. Nevertheless, the number of companies, the expo stands, and machines demonstrate that despite modern technology, nothing can replace face-to-face meetings - said the President of Targi Kielce, Andrzej Mochoń PhD.
- A good project, such as the Agrotech and LasExpo, combine and complement each other - one event uniting these two sectors of the economy. Agriculture is the most reliable branch of the economy. Kielce expo brings together huge crowds of farmers. The show is an excellent opportunity to talk about agriculture. Face to face discussions are now very much in demand. 2022 was one of the most volatile years for agriculture. Therefore, it will be a good opportunity to present all activities designed to stabilize income in agriculture - said the Minister of Agriculture Henryk Kowalczyk during the official address.
Agrotech and Las-expo are sister events, one of the most important events devoted to agricultural technology and the wood industry. The 28th show focuses primarily on the latest solutions in the sector of heavy machinery and agricultural equipment. This year, energy saving and ecology are the key words for the industry.
The expo stands in seven Targi Kielce's halls and three temporary and outdoor halls are filled by companies from Finland, France, Greece, India, Ireland, Latvia, Germany and Ukraine. In total, they occupy an area of 63,500 square meters of exhibition space, slightly smaller than at the record-breaking 2019. - According to the data known to us today, Agrotech will probably be the largest agricultural fair in Poland this year - says Andrzej Mochoń PhD, president of Targi Kielce.
Tractors and machines are showcased by world giants such as Case IH, Steyr, John Deere, New Holland, Deutz-Fahr, Zetor, Massey Ferguson, Fendt and Valtra. These are complemented with an extensive range of Farmtrack, Landini, Solis, Iseki, LS and Kioti tractors. The Romanian brand Irum appeared on the Polish market for the first time - the tractors were brought by the national distributor Hydro-Masz. There is so many more premieres. The world's first tractors are presented by Case IH - the Quantum series for fruit growers. The all-new Farmall is also here. The German brand Fendt has prepared an absolute novelty for the 2023 season to showcase at the Kielce agricultural - a combine harvester with straw walkers. Visitors can see two new products from Landini - there is a Trekker 4 on tracks for orchards and vineyards. The other distributor does not reveal details, and invites you to the world premiere on Friday at 12 in E expo hall. John Deere with its distributor - Wanicki Agro and Claas have prepared extensive stands, where even 100 people work.
As for tractor curiosities - the Agroprofil magazine's expo stand is where you can see the C-45 - an agricultural tractor produced in 1950 by Ursus Mechanical Works. This model has been restored down to the most minor details.
