This was a time of dynamic changes; not only did Agrotech become the platform for trade exchange, but it also became an educational space and a place for presenting global agricultural technologies. Thanks to infrastructure investments, expansion of the offer and effective promotion, Agrotech has advanced to the leading position among agricultural fairs in Poland

The development of Agrotech from 2000 to 2010 reflected the growing importance of agriculture in Poland following its accession to the European Union in 2004. It was a time of intensive development of both the event itself and the infrastructure of Targi Kielce.

Increasing the number of exhibitors and visitors at Agrotech
Over the decade, the number of exhibitors taking part in Agrotech increased significantly. In 2000, the event gathered 78 exhibitors, mainly from Poland;  by 2010, their number had risen to over 500 from 18 countries. The participation of foreign companies from countries such as Germany, Italy, France and the Czech Republic attracted the attention of professionals from all over Europe;   the number of visitors increased from several thousand to over 40 thousand in 2010. Agrotech became an international event.

Expansion of the exhibition offer
Agrotech evolved from a local exhibition into one of the largest trade fairs dedicated to agricultural machines and technologies in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The exhibition offer was expanded to include modern technologies, innovative agricultural machines and digital solutions supporting precision farming.

New Targi Kielce expo hall
In the years 2000–2010, Targi Kielce underwent modernisation and expansion, which directly impacted Agrotech's development. New exhibition halls were built, including the then most modern E Expo Hall (today Hall 5) with an area of 6,000 m2. The infrastructure has been adapted to the needs of international exhibitors, including through better logistics and modern exhibition spaces. Since 2005, additional exhibition halls have been built at each consecutive Agrotech.

Poland in the European Union
Poland's accession to the EU in 2004 was crucial for developing the Agrotech Expo. Farmers gained access to EU funds, which increased their interest in modern agricultural equipment. Exhibitors presented products that met EU quality standards.

The educational and conference significance of Agrotech Kielce
In  addition to the exhibition itself, the Agrotech began offering a rich educational program. The trade fair included conferences, seminars, and workshops, which served as a platform for farmers, scientists, and equipment manufacturers to exchange knowledge. The institutions serving agriculture have participated in the event since the first show - the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with subordinate institutions, the Świętokrzyskie Agricultural Advisory Centre in Modliszewice, the National Council of Agricultural Chambers with the Świętokrzyskie Agricultural Chamber.
