The presence of the Minister of Agriculture Mr Stanisław Kalemba added splendour to the International Fair Of Agricultural Techniques AGROTECH 2013 awarding ceremony. The Minister presented the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Cup; this year’s accolade winner is URSUS S.A. Dobre Miasto. The distinction has been bestowed in recognition of the overall achievements in tractor and agricultural equipment production.

• OSTKA SMOLICKA spring wheat - produced by Hodowla Roślin Smolice Sp. z o.o. IHAR Group for good climate and soil adaptation abilities and high quality characteristics
• Tama Net - net wrap for farming balers of 4,5 thousand metre made with the use of BALE+ technology and “Tama Edge to Edge®” system produced by TAMA PLASTIC INDUSTRY Israel, competition entry made by Tama Polska Sp. z o.o. from Sieradz; in recognition of the product’s practical use values.

In addition to the gold medals, the contest Jury Panel ahs also resolved to award the following distinctions:

• PEST-AUT® - a washing and deactivation agent made by OBROL Kulczyński sp.j. from Swarzędz for high cleansing efficiency in crop protection sprayers
• AKRA STROH R fertiliser made by Karner Düngerproduktion GmbH, competition entry made by AgrO-KOMBI from z Kluczbork for the appropriate fertiliser formula which facilitates post-harvest remnants decomposition
• Ł-104 (T202) head loader made by “AGROMASZ” Gruszczewski Janusz Metal Works from Mrągowa for high quality and diversified use
