An accountant - a business angel? "Of course, guardian angel"
President Hońko emphasized that entrepreneurs often expect all-inclusive services from accountants, but they are no longer willing to adequately reward this high-quality work. – Many entrepreneurs believe that accountants should deal with everything. Thus, "angelic patience" is required. You have probably heard disturbing questions many times. The answers are simple and obvious, but many times you have had calmly explained these issues - said the president of the Association of Accountants in Poland.
Dr. Mariusz Cieśla, vice-chairman of the National Council of Tax Advisors, emphasized the ethical aspects of the accountants work. Then, Beata Kostrzycka, the development director at wFirma, discussed programs that support accountants in business cooperation. – We create an "ecosystem" between accounting, human resources and the company, in which everyone has access to appropriate documents - she explained.
Joanna Kasperek, actress of the Stefan Żeromski Theatre in Kielce, encouraged those gathered in the Omega Hall at the TK Congress Centre to take care of themselves. – If you are angels for yourself, you are also angels for the people you take care of, including companies – she said.

Experts - Przemek Bartkowiak, Anna Flaga-Błaszczyk and Kamil Fac talked about the differences between relationship sales and systematized sales. Issues of modern marketing in an accounting office were discussed. They were advised on what to do to stand out of the crowd.
