Aviation Expo commencement Helicopters, industry conferences, interesting info
On Saturday, 17 September, the two-day Aviation Expo opened at Targi Kielce. - The international event held in the exhibition centre and at the Masłów airport. THe offer is presented by companies from Poland, Pakistan, Lithuania and Ukraine. I would like to thank the Kielce Aero Club and the Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for their cooperation in the implementation of this fair - emphasised Bożena Staniak, vice-president of Targi Kielce's board during the opening ceremony.
The event was attended by Mariusz Gosek, Member of the Polish Parliament, Tomasz Jamka, Member of the Board of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and Piotr Kisiel, Director of the Department of Education, Sport, Tourism and Foreign Affairs at the Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
Jan Jawornik, president of the Kielce Aero Club, noted that the Aviation fair is held in two places for the first time. For those travelling between Targi Kielce and Masłów a shuttle bus was prepared. More than 20 planes can be seen at the airport. - These are aircraft of the club and exhibitors - encouraged the president of Jawornik. - For the first time, the European Aero Clubs Forum is held - this is the forum to discuss industry problems strategic importance of small airports for the country's defence.
Joanna Wieczorek, an Aviation Law expert from Drone Aliance Europe, and co-organiser of the Technology and Law for Aviation and Global Drone Conferences, said that the expo is rich in lectures and presentations for the industry. - I am very happy to see so many aviation fans - she said. - The conferences focus on modern aviation, innovative IT solutions, electronics, aviation fuels, including ecological ones, i.e. the so-called SAF.
