Painting equipment on show

• Wolmal powder coating booth – a device for applying paint coatings to various elements using powder paints.  High efficiency and precise application of powder paint thanks to the use of a filter unit consisting of two polyester filters and an exhaust system with a capacity of 12,500 m3.³/h, this ensures the removal of excess powder and impurities. The booth is also equipped with a powder recovery system – a fluidization plate with an electrovibrator. The paint booth provides a controlled environment with a dedicated painting space ensuring efficient work.
• Wolmal polymerization oven – a key element of the powder coating process responsible for curing the applied paint.  The oven is equipped with one heat exchanger with a 21 kW heating panel and a convection system with a capacity of 4500 m³/h, which distributes the air evenly through holes located over the entire surface of the lower wall of the chamber, ensuring optimal air circulation. In addition, the oven control is equipped with a 10-inch touch panel, where you can precisely set the parameters, i.e. operating temperature, heating time, chamber smoke removal time after the end of the cycle.
• Sprint 2 Handheld System by Wagner provides excellent coating results. Features: high application efficiency, intuitive control, optimal powder preparation and reproducible results of consistently high quality.  New components and supporting features, such as the injector pump and digital surface optimizer, increase color change efficiency and quality.  Various configuration options, kit availability and accessories mean flexible solutions for every hand painting application.
• Auer ST 1000 DPS shot blasting machine – automatic dust-free shot-blasting machine with a rotating unit;  a compact dust-free injection blasting machine integrated with a high-performance filtration system  enables automatic, batch processing of small details. The ability to change the angle of the rotating basket allows for optimal circulation of various processed workpieces. The desired processing time is set on the working timer.  The basket rotation speed is infinitely adjustable.
• Graco ProMix PD2K Two-Component Material Dispenser – is an efficient electronic dispenser that provides unprecedented savings;  by moving the mix point closer to the gun, ProMix PD2K reduces solvent consumption and mixed material waste by up to 80% compared to traditional electronic proportioners. This solution reduces the cost of hazardous waste disposal and paint loss, especially with multiple colour changes per day and materials with short pot lives.
• Graco Stellair ACE gun – makes the work of industrial painters easier thanks to its excellent ergonomics;  with its unique carbon fiber construction, this spray gun weighs just 208 grams, making it up to 50 percent lighter than almost any other handheld pressure spray gun.
• Exhaust by Mirwent Company for metalworking, designed to effectively remove contaminants generated during metallurgical processes, is a solution that ensures a high level of filtration and safety in the workplace.
