Break Machinery with its latest DUO joins the Kielce Plastpol expo showcase the latest achievement

18 may 2024
Break Machinery is an Italian company specialising in designing and manufacturing automatic screen-changers for plastic filtration. Plastpol starts on Tuesday, 21 May - the Break Machinery experts will show the latest achievement; DUO for continuous filtration of contaminated material under constant pressure

Break Machinery is part of an industrial group operating for over 50 years in plastic recycling. Polymer-related knowledge and skills in mechanics put us in the best position to develop efficient and reliable installations.

Following the introduction of the ONE automatic self-cleaning system, Break Machinery presents the latest development - the DUO for continuous filtration of contaminated material at constant pressure.

Break screen exchangers guarantee:

  • increasing yield
  • filters longer service life, which results in savings on spare parts
  • effective filtration and reduction of production waste
  • reducing machines' downtime
  • simple operation and maintenance

Importantly, DUO processes 20% more plastic and, thanks to two filters, allows for a large filtration surface while maintaining the small size of the machine.

The DUO is versatile and flexible: the discharge screw and scraper disk are equipped with two adjustable and independent motors, which brings significant benefits in terms of increased production, reduced labour and cost savings.

The company's specialists pay special attention to services and customer support. Customers can try the machines before purchase; the internal test zone is the place to try and test Customers are supported at every stage of installation, training and, if necessary, after the installation is launched.

Break Machinery also produces laser filters with various degrees of filtration.

The latest Break Machinery product will be presented at Targi Kielce Plastpol, on 21-24 May 2024. Details and tickets at targikielce.pl/plastpol
