BUMAR GROUP’s novelties at the Defence Industry Exhibition in Targi Kielce

The leading armament supplier and exporter celebrates its 40th anniversary

Grupa Bumar od wielu lat prezentuje swój dorobek na MSPO

The most extensive offer at the Exhibition is brought by Polish companies which produce equipment for military units. Grupa Bumar – the leading supplier as well as the exporter of the armaments produced by Polish defence industry sector has prepared a wide array of novelties to be presented from 5th to 8th September in Targi Kielce. This year is the company’s 40th anniversary and Kielce Exhibition creates an outstanding chance to recapitulate the company’s attainments as well as their active participation in Polish armed forces life. This year’s exposition of BUMAR is the reply for Polish Ministry of Defence’s (MON) operational programme package for Polish army development and technical modernisation. The trade fair presentation of BUMAR is held under the banner of BUMAR – the partner of MON in the program of Polish Armed Forces modernisation.

Presentations in divisions but not only
Following the example of previous years GRUPA BUMAR has divided its exposition into 4 divisions represented by the Group’s companies.

The Bumar-Soldier programme; at the Exhibition the group puts on display the latest and most interesting products, and among them: the NEGEV 5,56 mm light carbine – and this is the product launch into Polish market! The carbine is to be produced by FB under the licence of the Israeli company IWI

The Modular System of Small Arms 5,56 mm carbine, the self-loading riffle RAD 9x 19mm, the sniper rifle Aleks 338 kla. 8,6 x 70mm and the sniper rifle WKW 12,7 mm. The novelty presented here is the self-loading sniper rifle SKW 8,6 (for the moment presented as a demonstration of the technology). MSPO will also be the showcase for the multi-barrel sniper rifle 12,7 mm. This weapon type can be used not only in land forces vehicles but also in the air forces and watercrafts. The system for the soldier of the future TYTAN will also be put on display, soldier equipment optical-electronics will be presented on model figures will; i.e. gunsight CTS-2, noktovision monocular MU-3, helmet-mounted flight parameter display SWPL, the gunsight PCS-5, thermal-visual set of 180o observation cameras and the fire extinguishing system for combat vehicles. Inside the exhibition hall a shooting-range will be installed for the purpose of testing the latest product of Fabryka Broni (Arms Factory) – the Beryl riffle, ASG form.

Bumar-Land also encompasses a selection of the latest and most interesting products, and among them BWP Anders with the Oto Melary tower, the PT 72U tank (mission version), vehicle bridge Daglezja, the ppr spike integrated HITFIST 30P tower as well as the HITFIST OWS 30P tower; both letter products have been put up as candidates for the DEFENDER award.

The Bumar Electronics division will put on display the contamination detector Tafios B, the observation system SOWA, the 35 mm cannon, maritime radar RM -100. The exhibition held in the open-area space will be the showcase for the elements of System Tarcza Polski (Polish Shield System), as well as the novelties – the rocket launcher Aster and Mica produced by MBDiA.

The Bumar-Ammunition division will be presenting, inter alia, the cross sections of small, medium and large calibre ammunition as well as smoke and light mortar ammunition 98 mm, 60 mm light and high explosive ammunition. The exhibition will also showcase the 40mm ammunition for the automated grenade launcher and modernised anti rocket set Grom, ppk Spike, and the 70mm multi-barrel rocket launcher designed for helicopters.

The chemical company “Nitro-Chem” will present their export hits, i.e. trinitrotoluene (TNT), crystalline octogen and heksogen (HMX) and (RDX) as well as octogen and heksogen.
