Catalogue of Polish defence equipment presented at MSPO in Targi Kielce
The Catalogue was created through cooperation between the Ministry of National Defence, the National Security Bureau, and companies from the domestic defence sector. The Catalogue presents several advanced technologies and innovative solutions developed by Polish companies. These innovations include electronics, cyberspace, armoured vehicles and artillery systems, weapon systems, as well as the aerospace industry, air and missile defence, underlining Poland's leading position in defence and security. The Catalogue includes over 200 products from 61 Polish companies.
Minister of National Defence, Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, emphasised that the Catalogue aims to present the Polish arms offer abroad as broadly as possible. - You have our full support, i.e., the government of the Republic of Poland’s support, in all your activities. This is tangible proof that the Prime Minister addressed Polish producers. - We will send the Catalogue to all our diplomatic missions, every military attaché. Every embassy will be obliged to present this Catalogue.
The head of the National Security Bureau, Jacek Siewiera, pointed out that preparing such a catalogue is an example of care about the country's security, which is defined as the ability to secure the material needs of the Armed Forces and build an appropriate economic position.
Both ministers stressed that there is no difference whether it is about promoting state or private industry. - Today we have had enough of diplomatic visits when our guests present their products with the national flag, together with representatives of their industry. We are not active in this kind of policy - said the head of the National Security Bureau.
