Cemetery Rules and regulations - a safety trigger for the Cemetery Administrator

This was the title of another meeting and presentation by Dariusz Dutkiewicz, director of the Institute of the Funeral and Cemetery Industry.
The presentation and discussion with the session participants focused on various aspects of the law on the management of cemeteries. One of the aspects was related to compensation arising from damages caused by funeral companies. Lawyer Dariusz Dutkiewicz told the participants how to protect their interests so that they would not be held responsible for such situations.
In addition, he discussed the issues of regulations regarding bricklaying and stonework, all fees applicable to in-cemetery work and the decisions related to cemeteries opening hours. Finally, the meeting offered its participants comprehensive knowledge of the operation of funeral companies in consultation with the cemetery manager.

The Plenipotentiary of the Prime Minister, Wojciech Labuda, announced the full list of changes during the NECROEXPO held in Targi Kielce.
