CEPM 2023. Central European Plastics Meeting in September in Budapest

24 august 2023
The Plastpol expo organisers will participate in the Central European Plastics Meeting in Budapest; the event on 19 and 20 September is conducted by the Hungarian consulting company myCEPPI, which analyses the polymer market

The Central European Plastics Meeting (CEPM) Conference brings together representatives of the Central European plastics processing and recycling industry;  regional suppliers of polymers, both virgin and recycled, as well as suppliers of machines and technologies for plastics processing, have announced their presence. The  organisers of the International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing PLASTPOl also join the Budapest event.

CEPM B2B meetings and conferences are enhanced by the Recycling Roundtable discussing the most critical challenges related to recycling and waste management. An initiative on the standardisation of recycling will also be presented.

Recycling of plastics and the use of recyclates for production was one of the hot topics at the Targi Kielce’s Plastpol in May. The requirements and changes necessary for the industry in this area will probably also be discussed at the 28th event in Kielce in 2024. Preparations are already underway; Plastpol is held from 21 to 24 May. The organisers will soon launch online registration for exhibitors.
