In accordance with the agenda, the Meeting approved the report on the Chamber's activities for 2023 and granted discharge to all Members of the Chamber's Management Board for 2023.  The Meeting agenda included elections to the Management Board of the Chamber for the next 3-year terms of ofice. Wiesław Prugar ORLEN SA was elected President of the Management Board, and Robert Więckowski Polska Spółka Gazownictwa and Adam Bryszewski GAZ-SYSTEM were elected vice-presidents of the Management Board.

Since the first expo, the Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry has been co-organizing the EXPO-GAS Gas Technology Fair with Targi Kielce. The Kielce exhibition and congress centre has been a member of the Chamber since 2022. The next most important industry expo is held in Kielce in 2025.
