Polish Championships and Debuts in bodybuilding and fitness, Polish Championships in the classic bench press and the Polish Cup for children in fitness - competitions organised by the Polish Bodybuilding, Fitness and Powerlifting Association- 12 to 14 April at the Targi Kielce Congress Centre. 13 and 14 April - save the date for the meeting with the featured guest. Kamil Jabłoński, multiple Polish, European and IFA world champion in Armwrestling, looks forward to meeting you in Targi Kielce.  Come and test your strength; a special machine has been prepared for this purpose. Train your fingers, very important element in armwrestling. Those interested will learn the basic rules of this sport, see what a professional and face the Champion.

Kamil Jabłoński is a professional fighter. Jabłoński is listed in world rankings in the top 10 for the left hand and top 13 for the right hand. His plan is to go to the top and be ranked among the best 5 (left hand division). Kamil boasts many sports achievements to his credit;  in 2021, he was pronounced the Polish Champion and gained recognition as the strongest Pole. In 2022, won the title of European and IFA World Champion, and in 2023, he won the World Cup in Croatia with ZG STRONG and defeated the legend Dave Chaffee in a professional right hand fight. Kamil Jabłoński started 2024 with very good results;  he won against Kody Merritt, number 1 in the US for left hand, and defeated Devon Larratt in a professional fight using the same hand.
