Dog therapy generating a considerable interest at the REHMED-PLUS trade fair

The exhibition stand of Polish Kynotherapeutic Society (F51) is the stage for live presentation of dog therapy methods. It has attracted crowds of trade fair guests who are avidly interested in using this “therapeutic game” with our four-legged friends.

Kynotherapy is a standardised method for personality development enhancement, education and rehabilitation. A properly selected and trained dog is the method facilitator. The KynoAkademy – the puppy school which is promoted at the REHMED-PLUS trade fair is the place to learn how to be the leader and the educator for the dog without resorting to the use of force or violence and how to support a small dog in every phase of its development. One can also learn how to behave in a new and surprising situation, how to develop the relationship and make the mutual trust between human and the dog a joyful experience, how to play with the dog and maintain the proper communication which helps to understand the dog as well as to make the dog busy in order for it not to get bored.

The school also provides advisory service on, inter alia, how to select the proper breed of the dog, how to get ready for the dog arriving at home as well as how to take care and to feed your pet, and, on the top of all that, how to socialise it with people and other animals.
