DRIVERS IN COMPETITION
1st Polish Championship of Mini-Bus and Vans Drivers was held on Thursday - the second TRANSEXPO day.
The contestants were divided into the two categories: professional drivers and the open category. The latter was open for everyone who was eager to join. - Participants had to cover a special track; as a matter of fact it was a section of the route which is known from the world championships - explains Boguslaw Barbara Zimmer, the competition organizer. Daniel Szukalski from Kruszyn Krajeński scored the largest number of points among professionals. In the Open category Andrew Szopa from Warsaw was the winner. Charles BIELA - In one of the competitions the participants were supposed to hit green cones with great precision. However, if red cones placed next to the green ones are tipped, the driver scores penalty points.
