Not only do the EcoFamily exhibition stands attract with alluring looks, but also with attractive fragrances. One cannot possibly go past the Gonzalez Carlos Tejera’s stand, its appearance and aromas. Tejera – a journalist, eco-food fan and aficionado, known for his TV appearances who has also taken part in innumerable cooking demonstrations acts in the capacity of a chef at the kitchen contained in an exhibition stand. He offers mouth-watering eco-dishes to the expo visitors and guests. So far the delicious pumpkin soup and vegetarian soy drinks have been the top of the pops.

EcoFamily is also the platform for vital business-sector talks and discussions. Over 400 participants have joined the “Support for eco-producers within the Rural Development Programme for 2007 – 2013” conference organised by the Stowarzyszenie Polska Ekologia (Polish Ecology Association). The conference, which brings together farmers and eco-food processing entrepreneurs, focuses on ecological farming and the perspectives past the year 2013.
