Efficiency in the accounting office - workshops on the automation of accountants' work within the scope of MKBR
Beata Kostrzycka is an expert in accounting and tax law a practitioner with experience since 2005, gained in work in accounting departments and in managing an accounting office. She authorises numerous articles on accounting and tax issues, including those published in portals such as Rzeczpospolita and Poradnik Przedsiębiorcy [Entrpreneurs Guide]. She participant in legislative work at the Ministry of Finance. Currently, she oversees the development of software for entrepreneurs and accounting offices at wFirma. The meeting features "Efficiency in an accounting office, i.e. how to reduce costs and increase margin." chaired by Beata Kostrzycka.
Beata Kostrzycka touched on a topic that has been on the lips of accountants for at least two years – AI.
– There has been a lot of talk on this recently in the context of whether it will be a threat to accountants, whether it will take away accountants' jobs or not. We approach it differently and we believe that tools that can be powered by artificial intelligence algorithms will significantly improve both the quality and efficiency of accountants’ work, said Beata Kostrzycka, Director of for Development at the wFirma.
The expert also proposed several practical solutions, such as the Digital Accounting Assistant.
- This is a tool which base on documents uploaded in electronic forma dn works as a reader - invoice number, dates, amounts, VAT rates, seller details – all of this, which we currently support with OCE systems. This is the onset to examine the context of the entire company and the event. – added Beata Kostrzycka. CAK can also verify the context of the client’s buyer: what PKD they have, whether they employ employees, whether they have funds, etc.
