ENGEL joins Plastpol 2024 with the presentation of the latest generation of WINTEC machines

12 april 2024
Visitors will see the t-win model, a servo-hydraulic double-plate machine - the design is based on the company's many years of experience in the industry and is aimed at maximising the efficiency and reliability of injection production. Participants are registering for the Plastpol 2024 exp (21 to 24 May)

The t-win - an economical machine solution for the production of single-color applications ranging from household appliances, through automotive, to technical parts. The machine offers advantages, including high productivity and reliability, owing to the use of high-quality parts and ensuring maximum availability. Moreover, the t-win model is characterised by greater energy efficiency, which translates into minimisation of energy consumption owing to a modern servo-hydraulic drive system.

Investing in a WINTEC machine can bring a quick return on investment, mainly due to lower total ownership cost and long-term profitability, owing to the use of reliable components and well-thought-out machine design. Thanks to the double-plate concept, the device requires less space, which is advantageous in cases of limited production space.

The WINTEC control system is unified with the systems used in other ENGEL machines, which eliminates the need to train staff for new systems. The same applies to services; identical to other ENGEL machines, facilitating maintenance and ensuring continuous reliability.

The presentation of the latest WINTEC machine at Plastpol 2024 is more than a technological demonstration; it is also proof that ENGEL continues its mission of providing innovative, effective, and economical solutions for the plastics industry.
