This is the second edition of the event organised by FitStyle in conjunction with Targi Kielce This year you are most welcome to join us on 17th and 18th February 2012 - The success the International FitStyle Convention achieved has mobilised us to work even harder. That is why we have developed the even more comprehensive and diversified programme for the convention attendants inviting European fitness stars as well as Polish presenters who do not need to be introduced as their names are generally known; as it is highlighted by the organisers.

The convention programme encompasses, inter alia, step and dance lessons as well as body-strengthening classes – CRX 30, Pilates, Body Balance. The convention will also give a chance to have a closer look at different dance styles such as Jazz or House. The programme will not miss on energetic zumba which has been taking Polish fitness clubs by storm.

The international fitness stars have again accepted the FitStyle organisers' invitation. Kielce event will host the couple of the best French presenters - Jessica Mellet and Alexander Melier It will be their first visit to Poland. It will be a great chance to become familiar with their work and to go crazy practising step or dancing on the dance floor. They will be joined by the Italian presenter – Giacomo Piccoli. It will also be the first visit of a Russian rising star of fitness - Valentin Annenko; he is going to capture the attendants with his extraordinary and original choreography as well as his outstanding energy and stir them into dance. The programme will not be short of Les Mills lessons hosted by Adam Gripenblom and Kirstin Anderson.

The Kielce stage will host, in addition to the foreign presenters, a whole array of outstanding Polish fitness specialists including the Polish Queen of Step Kasia Zaklikowska. Piotr and Pawel Tolak will also have their show and teach you the dance configurations you can see on MTV video clips; Sonia Felbur will present a High Heels lesson - you are going to see how it feels to dance on high heels. Kaja Delewska, the FitPresenter 2011 award winner, will have her first appearance on stage.

The Winter Edition of the International FitStyle Convention will also feature the FitPresenter 2012 contest finals. The three finalists selected by the jury panel will have 25 minute sessions to present their abilities and persuade both the jury panel and the public The Convention will also encompass the FitStyle Winter Academy comprising training sessions and workshops run by international presenters and designed for instructors.
