The photovoltaic power plants capacity in Poland has been growing mainly because of the prosumer segment’s investments. In the near future, the domestic photovoltaic capacity increase may, however, be determined by investments in ground-based PV farms. The auctions until today and the subsequent ones by the government will result in an apparent increase in the number of ground-based solar power plants next year.
