Industry 4.0 – modern solutions in Industrial Spring 2025
The third day of Industrial Spring was accompanied by speeches devoted to industrial automation in the context of Industry 4.0. The event, organised by the Corporation of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Drives and Controls, the Kielce University of Technology, and SIMP, brought together leading industry experts.
In the first session, Leszek Kaczurba, CEO of MIKROEL Controllers, presented methods for modernising energy use in industrial compressors. The expert emphasized that innovative solutions, when integrated with modern control systems, not only significantly reduce energy consumption but also increase system safety.
The presentation by the representatives of TEST Systemy Uszczelniące raised the topic of Seal CAM® technology, which revolutionises the production of seals thanks to full automation and the possibility of quick adaptation to customer needs – in line with the assumptions of Industry 4.0.
The seminar by Doctor Engineer During his speech, Zygmunt Domagała from SIMP Wrocław presented the activities of the Wrocław Industry Skills Centre, which serves as a modern training and examination platform supporting the development of competences in industrial automation.
During the second session, experts focused on research and development solutions - Engineer Msc. Łukasz Chłopek from the Kielce University of Technology presented an alternative harvester chassis that minimizes interference with the forest environment, and the team from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology presented innovative approaches to digital hydraulics and an innovative hydrostatic transmission, supported by patent applications.
