Jubilee of the Armed Forces Exhibition
The jubilee XXV Armed Forces Exhibition in 2024 presents the most modern Military Equipment, equipment introduced to the Polish Armed Forces and selected elements of logistic support for troops, laboratory and didactic purposes. Kielce traditionally hosts all types and branches of armed forces, complemented with cyberspace defence forces, the Military Police and military institutions, e.g. Operational Command of the Armed Forces Branches, General Command of the Armed Forces, Inspectorate of Armed Forces Support and Central Military Recruitment Centre.
There are also military universities, museums, institutes and the military health service. Universities also occupy a large part of the exhibition: the Military Aviation Academy, Military University of Technology, Land Forces Academy and Was Studies University were displayed at the expo. The Central Library will also have its expo stand for the second time. Visitors can talk to soldiers from operational units and cadets, meet soldiers from WOT, Military Police, the special forces, and even apply to join the army.
The exhibition spaces is filled with interesting, diverse military equipment and supplies. The display also features solutions that are yet to be introduced to the Armed Forces. Research and development work is currently underway in this area.
This year's theme refers to the 25th anniversary of Poland's accession to the North Atlantic Alliance. 2024
Armed Forces Exhibition is held under thee banner of Poland; 25 years in NATO, safe and secure for 25 years The exhibition area - over 11,000 m2 with the army occupies in the “A” expo hall, the outdoor exhibition grounds, an exhibition area along A and B expo halls which total to approx. 8,000 m2. Heavy duty equipment is displayed in the eternal expo arena. About 700 soldiers and over 300 different types of equipment are presented. At the outdoor exhibition grounds feature the army’s military equipment newly introduced to the Polish Armed Forces. There is also a plethora of technologies ready for implementation and those competing for the Defender Award. Scientists have developed interesting technologies showcased at the expo. The WAT Military University of Technology shows devices using quantum phenomena to secure data, a system supporting the medical evacuation of a soldier from the battlefield, and a navigation system for unmanned aerial vehicles. The Mobile Radio-Electronic Warfare Laboratory Station – MSL WRE – was also established at the Faculty of Electronics of the Military University of Technology; the prouduct has been registered for the Defender Award competition in the category of equipment supporting the training process. The system serves as a radar warfare tool - the Exhibition consists of two elements;
a vehicle which is a supporting platform for the Mobile Laboratory Station with an antenna system. The other is an unmanned aerial vehicle, i.e. a drone carrying transceiver systems. L-band signals are transmitted and received in a closed system, without external emission; results are displayed on four monitors located inside the base vehicle.
CSWOT can also boast of its exhibition stand,- for the first time, the JAVELIN ATGM (CLU) set, a size and weight mockup and a training simulator are presented. Military enthusiasts will be greeted by a soldier who will talk about the M72 EC MK1 grenade launcher. Medical equipment (CPR and intubation mannequins, training AED, IPMEDs, armbands and other tactical medical equipment) are also presented and discussed.
