The LAS-EXPO trade fair features cutting-edge technologies in forestry. The LAS-EXPO is also a meeting place of specialists – wood processing industry insiders and foresters; these two sectors closely cooperate in wood material acquisition and processing. The exhibition is the showcase for firms and companies which put on display tools and equipment for wood transport and processing, pesticides and insecticides dedicated to forest protection as well as advanced IT systems.

The exhibition stand of the National State Forests will be the resource of indispensable, profession knowledge and attractions. Visitors will be given the chance to become familiar with forest management techniques used by Radom Directorate of the National State Forests. This will also be the presentation of the Radom Directorate’s forests districts with the special focus on those which are the part of the Promotional Forest Complexes of Kozienicka Primeval Forests and Swietokrzyskie Primeval Forests. Farmers who own forests or those who plan afforestation are most welcome to visit the consultancy point.

Foresters do not forget about forest landscape aficionados who use woods for walking, cycling or sports. They can get hold of special folders, maps and guide books which provide detailed description of most interesting venues in the Radom RDPL and neighbouring areas. The Promotional Forest Complexes as well as particular directorates, within the scope of the “National Forests – Welcome” campaign will be presenting the events which are to take place this year.

The National State Forests have also prepared surprises for those who will be visiting their exhibition stand. Tree saplings will be presented as prizes in the competitions; the winners can plan new tress in their home gardens.
