"Logistics 4.0" lecture by Sławomir Luściński at the LogInpack congress
Sławomir Luściński is the head of the Smart Production Systems Modelling Laboratory and a member of the program board of the Logistics program at the Kielce University of Technology. The LogInpack speaker's research interests include various aspects of production engineering and management, in particular - information systems (business IT, business information management), computer modelling and simulations in production and logistics, Industry 4.0.

Logistics 4.0 refers to a modern approach to supply chain management using advanced digital technologies designed to increase the efficiency, speed, and transparency of logistics processes. This term is related to the concept of Industry 4.0, which means industry automation and digitalisation. The speech will present key strategies and tools that transform warehousing and intralogistics into a more efficient and optimised process; the presentation will be enhanced with examples of Logistics 4.0 solutions implemented in scientific and teaching laboratories of the Kielce University of Technology.
