The Manager of the Year of the Świętokrzyskie Region is one of the most prestigious competitions for entrepreneurs from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, it has been organized by the largest regional daily paper - Echo Dnia and the Internet portal echodnia.eu . The Business Center Club has been the content partner, and Targi Kielce has been one of the partners of the project. The awards were granted to managers whose daily work builds the economic potential of companies, which translates into an increase in the wealth of our region and its inhabitants.

This is a unique competition, because the Jury Panel thoroughly assessed not only the economic and financial achievements of managers in a given year, but also their involvement in the affairs of local communities. This makes the statuettes of the Manager of the Year of the Świętokrzyskie Region exceptionally prestigious distinction. The president of Targi Kielce, Andrzej Mochoń PhD, who is one of the members of the jury, explained that the voting was secret.

Jurors, nominees for the award and all supporters of the initiative took part in the gala, which was held in the Lambda and Kappa congress halls on Thursday, 29 June. 

The title of Manager of the Year of the Świętokrzyski Region 2022 in the Micro and Small Enterprise category was awarded to Leszek Balcerzak - President of the Management Board of Balker LLC. The Balker company produces prefabricated houses.

The title of Manager of the Year of the Świętokrzyski Region 2022 in the Mid-Size Enterprise category was awarded to Adrian Obarski - President of the Management Board of 4 ECO LLC. The 4 ECO company is a brand from Kielce, which dynamically entered the renewable energy market in 2018, becoming one of the largest companies in the country.

The winner in the Large Company category was Andrzej Kamionka - President of the Management Board of KH-KIPPER limited liability company. KH Kipper is Poland’s largest and one of the leading European manufacturers of bodies - tippers for trucks.

The Lambda and Kappa halls proved to be a perfect place for the presentation of prestigious awards, as well as the joint celebration of laurels. After the award ceremony, those gathered in a comfortable venue enjoyed a banquet.
