From the first day, MSPO has witnessed contracts and agreements signed. This business atmosphere is facilitated by the fact that the defense industry hosts representation of companies from 35 countries. Financially binding contracts are concluded with the Polish Armaments Group. On Thursday, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki visited the expo centre. PM signed a letter of intent regarding co-financing the construction of the second production line for KRAB self-propelled howitzers.
– PLN 850 million from the state budget will go to the Bumar-Łabędy in Gliwice, which will allow the company to launch a new production line, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced. According to assumptions, about 50 vehicles will be produced.
This is another document related to the production of KRAB which was signed during the International Defence Industry Exhibition. Last year's MSPO witnessed the Minister of National Defence Mariusz Błaszczak approving a contract between Huta Stalowa Wola, part of the Polish Armaments Group, and the Armament Agency for the supply of KRAB self-propelled howitzers to the Polish military. The contract value was PLN 3.8 billion.
The Polish Armaments Group has been the Strategic Partner of the International Defence Industry Exhibition. – This event is a theatre where we can put on show every new piece of military equipment we have created. This equipment of high and proven quality (...) contributes to increasing the safety of Poland and its inhabitants - emphasised Sebastian Chwałek, President of PGZ.
