The list of events accompanying the Sacroexpo the Conference includes the Conference of Men Congregations Superiors in Poland and the Forum for Interreligious Cooperation. These rea meeting closed for the public as they discuss matters related to KWPZM Conference of Men Cobgregations' Superiors in Poland. There are also meetings for the secretariat and archives, a joint meeting of secretaries and treasurers devoted to matters related to the proper church administration, and a meeting for treasurers related to economics.

The meeting open and accessible to all Sacroexpo participants is the one targeted at o administrators of religious and Church buildings, with the participation of, among others, representatives of the Innpact company, providing professional solutions and tools for energy and utility management. The event discusses energy certificates of buildings as well as legal changes and current requirements with future obligations perspective.   Representatives of the Mutual Insurance Association of the Polish Mutual Insurance Company will raise the fundamental issue of anti-theft protection in church facilities and institutions.

The stand of the Forum for Inter-religious Cooperation and entities cooperating with FWM (No. E-64) will be available during the three days of the Sacroexpo fair. There will be surprises prepared by the co-exhibitors. Excellent religious coffee, is also here - a part of the income is allocated to cloistered orders. The agenda offers fruitful meetings abundance, possibility to learn about purchasing groups, and how ti join them. FWM expo stand hosts representatives of TUW PZUW with their insurance offer. PKN ORLEN has a favourable offer for the Church. Co-exhibitors include BidFood Farutex with a gastronomy purchasing group for church entities. Innpact offers solutions for a purchasing group in the field of energy, utilities, development of GDPR procedures, periodic inspections and their functioning in the KOBU application. Orange Polska has its offer of mobile telephony and the Internet for church entities. There are also: MAKRO with a purchasing group for food and chemical products for church entities, Sikora ICT Systems with solutions related to records, economy of church entities and software for accepting mass intentions. A number of conferences welcomes representatives of Generali Investments TFI, who propose investment programs for religious and Church entities. There will also be information about other programs that support cloistered sisters in Poland.
