Members of the Polish Road Assistance Association’s discussions in Kielce
Mirosław Zawadzki, president of the Polish Road Assistance Association, welcomed new members of the association and company representatives emphasised that they strive to offer high quality services. The meeting saw other experts declared their willingness to join the group.
The President discussed the directions, opportunities and threats for roadside assistance and addressed important topics related to the assistance network as a forwarding entity. The participants tried to answer the question of overloaded 3.5t trailers and the helplessness of the services and the law. An important element of the meeting was a conversation with a lawyer and discussion on the rights and obligations of roadside assistance and replacement cars.
The Polish Roadside Assistance Association is an organisation which brings together entrepreneurs providing roadside assistance services. PRAA main objective is to defend and represent the interests of its members towards public authorities, to increase road safety and to improve the quality of services provided. The Association also takes action to reduce the operating costs of its members and works for the development of transport infrastructure in Poland..
The Association objectives are:
- to represent and defend the interests of the Association's members and the business community of roadside assistance providers in relations with public authorities and other entities and organizations,
- The Association’s objective is to employ measures designed to improve road safety as well as services quality and professionalism among roadside assistance companies
- interact with the public authorities in the process of transport policy creation, support for broadly-defined transport infrastructure development and organization.
- Various actions have been taken to reduce the operating costs of the Association’s members.
