My TexStyle Expo: Partnership with a Famous Upholsterer
Aleksander Kądziela grew up in the family of an upholsterer, which is why he became passionate about his profession in his early youth. At the age of 15 he began his apprenticeship with his father, and in 1997 he obtained the title of Master of the Upholstery Craft; he opened his worjshop almost 25 years ago. Not only did he repair old furniture, but also gave new life to old, unique pieces. The trend of restoring original items inspired the Master to create his own artistic program "Upholsterer in Action", and then to open the first private upholstery school for adults in Poland.
Today, the industry experience allows to conduct regulartraining for leading upholstered furniture, yacht, textile and automotive factories in Poland. Aleksander also conducts audits at industrial plants, focusing on innovative and ecological solutions, promoting sustainable development in the upholstery.
Aleksander Kądziela's mission is education; for the years he has trained thousands of people, giving them knowledge and skills in the field of upholstery, including material recycling and furniture refurbishment. He promotes renovation and individual style also through his bestselling book "UPHOLSTERY" and the popular YouTube channel "Upholsterer in Action" inspires enthusiasts and professionals from all over the country.
