New designation of halls at Targi Kielce. Changes for Plastpol exhibitors and visitors

10 july 2024
Targi Kielce, continuously striving to enhance the service quality for exhibitors and visitors, is introducing changes aimed at making navigation easier during trade fair events. Starting in September 2024, the halls will be designated in a new way

Numbers for Hall Names

Halls, previously named with letters, will now be designated with numbers. This change allows for pedestrian walkways within the halls to be named using letters, in accordance with European standards. Visitors to trade fair centers worldwide are familiar with the numerical hall identification system, which simplifies navigation and reaching desired booths.

New markings:

  • Expo Halls from A to G will be marked with numbers from 1 to 7, respectively.
  • Passageways inside expo halls will be marked with letters of the alphabet starting from A; subsequent letters depend on the number of passageways in a given expo hall.
  • Expo stands in passageways will be numbered like buildings in city streets - even on one side, odd on the other.
  • Expo stand numbers will be displayed on the carpet, just like locations maps and markings of pedestrian routes.

These designations will also be included on the trade fair maps available to exhibitors and visitors during events. The new hall identification system will be implemented during the upcoming International Defence Industry Exhibition, running from September 3 to 6, 2024. It will operate concurrently with the current hall letter designation system.

During the 29th International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing PLASTPOL, from May 20 to 23, 2025, exhibitors and visitors will already benefit from the new hall designations.
