The company WICHARY Technologies Sp. z o.o will put on display innovative and pioneering solutions of their foreign partners, the companies Alpha Laser GmbH and Voxeljet Technology GmbH.

The ALFlak, laser welding machine is a perfect tool designed for padding and jig welding. The range and area of the apparatus operation have been expanded; a greater arm displacement makes it possible to weld even in the deep as well as complicated forms (fusion welds up to 500mm can be applied in non-stop operation mode). This has also allowed improving the padding abilities of laser welding. The ALFlak system is produced in a self-propelled crawler-chain option or as a mobile one; this way any limitations regarding the machine mobility have been eliminated. Semi-automated control system as well as WINILaser software result in higher operation comfort them machine operator can easily observe.

Besides ALFLak the German producers have on their offer the innovative solutions in tool-free production of casting moulds and cores. The Voxeljet Technology GmbH company will put on display the Continuous 3D- Printing Technology appliance. The printing process of the Continuous 3D- Printing is similar to regular 3D printing; however the working area is different as it is oblique, its inclination point is smaller than smaller than the chute angle of the printed material. It guarantees a non-stop printing process which results in a faster and more economical production.
