PIGTSiS - knowledge packed conference at TRANSEXPO 2022

The second day of the 16th International Fair of Public Transport TRANSEXPO 2022 sees the International Fair of Public Transport’s transport conference compiled with a workshop session.
The event is dedicated to those who deal with management procedures in public transport, including the organisation and performance of public utility companies, i.e. bus services. The Conference co-organiser is Targi Kielce SA in conjunction with PIGTSiS.
PIGTSiS transport conference agenda:
- Public utility companies - bus transport in the context of systemic controls carried out by authorised bodies. Accounting note as the accepted settlements form between the Organise and the Operator. Bus transport financing in the public utility model versus public aid within the meaning of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Obligation to keep separate accounting for public utility services if the Operator conducts other business activities.
- Calls for Applications for co-financing tasks under the Public Utility Bus Development Fund for 2023. Assessment criteria The amended rules for the distribution of funds according to the Act of 24 February 2022 amending the act on the public utility bus transport development fund.
- Subsidy for the low-emission buses purchased for regional transport
services rendered as public utility. EU funds, the National Reconstruction Plan and other available sources as a chance to restore sustainable development entitled - Road transport control as a tool to ensure safety.
- Vehicle technical research; amendment to the Road Traffic Act, price lists / fees tables for technical tests of vehicles.
The conference is held on 13 October 2022. time: 11:00-13:00 - the E Exhibition Hall of Targi Kielce in E3 conference room.
