The two-day presentations were also a qualifying round for the World Championship. Bodybuilding event has been held in the Kielce exhibition centre already for the second time. The competition attracted a record breaking number of viewers - more than two thousand people!

This year also saw a record number of contestants - there were almost 300 of them. The athletes were be presenting their strengths in the individual category (silhouette fitness and bikini silhouette - women, fitness - men) and in pairs (men's wheelchair bodybuilding, men's classic-style bodybuilding, women's silhouette, men's silhouette).

The Polish Association of Bodybuilding, Fitness and Powerlifting and Olimp Sports Club of Zabrze have been the championship main organisers. Targi Kielce has been the event partner.

The Championships was accompanied with an exhibition of weight training equipment and dietary supplements, food products, tracksuits, measuring equipment, machines for cardio aerobic training and other sports accessories.
