The seminar’s participants will have the opportunity to delve deeply into the latest trends and achievements in the field of industrial technologies. One of the key topics is surface hardening – an innovative solution that significantly increases the durability and efficiency of components used in various industries.  Speakers will present practical examples of the application of this technology and its impact on the optimization of production processes. Another important issue is the EDIH SILESIA SMART SYSTEMS Project, which acts as a bridge between the worlds of science and industry. Participants will learn how the project supports knowledge and technology transfer, enabling enterprises to implement innovative solutions.

The seminar will also offer an opportunity to become familiar with modern welding technologies.  A welding process monitoring system will be presented, which is an invaluable tool for business development.  Using the example of a robotic line for the production of welded structures, participants will see how real-time process monitoring affects production quality and efficiency.

On to of that, experts from the Łukasiewicz’s GIT Welding Center will talk about the qualification of welding personnel in the field of laser technologies. The session is a great opportunity to learn how to prepare your team to work with the latest welding methods.

The topic of friction welding (FSW) will also be discussed -  participants will learn about examples of the use of this technology in production conditions and its advantages, such as high joint strength and the ability to work with materials that are difficult to weld using traditional methods.

The last but not least - the seminar’s important topic also encompaases modern non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques. Speakers will present innovative methods that allow the assessment of the quality of materials and structures without damaging  as an extremely important tool for ensuring safety and reliability in industry.
