Several hundred people from all over Poland will compete at the Polish Championships and PZKFiTS Debuts in Bodybuilding and Fitness!
PZKFiTS sports débuts in Kielce!
The Debuts - a sports event targeted at debutants who want to try their hand at bodybuilding and fitness. The event welcomes those who do not belong to sports associations and organisations, who do not belong Polish Bodybuilding, Fitness and Powerlifting Association and have not yet participated in any national or international competitions. Debuts are organised in several categories, including acrobatic, artistic and body fitness for women, classic bodybuilding for men and classic physique.
Polish Championships in Bodybuilding and Fitness and qualifications for the European Championships!
Contestants in the Polish Championships in Bodybuilding and Fitness will compete for the title of the best in the country. Sports competitions are also the qualifying round for the European Championships in Bodybuilding and Fitness, the European Juniors and Veterans Championships and the European University Championships. The event welcomes representatives of sports clubs and physical culture associations united in PZKFiTS. The competitions are held in a block system, in various sports categories; the jury evaluates musculature, motor coordination, strength and dynamics of the players.
A wide range of sports products
In addition to a large dose of sports excitement, the event will also offer its guests a wide range health, nutrition, production of equipment and sportswear products.
Targi Kielce hosts exhibitors, inter alia: Mordex - a producer of high-end sportswear, Fitness Club 24 Distribution & Service, offering comprehensive equipment for fitness clubs, Nutri Pro Sport by Szymon Łada - the Pro brand created by the three-time IFBB World Champion Szymon Łada and Body Work Gym. Sylwester Szymczuk has also been selected the event partner.
The competition will take place on Saturday, 15 April and Sunday, 16 April. Commencement at 09:30. Verification of the players - Friday, 14 April.

The Polish Bodybuilding, Fitness and Powerlifting Association is the main championship organiser in conjunction with Targi Kielce.
