The motto of the 3rd Congress of Polish Gas Industry is “Natural Gas in Indistry”. Targi Kielce is the partner of the conference.

The Congress will commence with a scientific conference devoted to the role of natural gas in Polish and EU energy sector. The second day of the Congress encompasses two sessions; the session subject matter is, inter alia, associated with “Polish energy policy by 2035” and the cooperation of the electro-energy sector with the natural gas sector. The problems of energy and gas sector will be discussed in the light of the legal regulation in force as well as the regulations which are to be developed and the new challenges for the sector of energy.

The third session will be wrap-up meeting for the 3rd Congress and will conclude in the resolution approval. The idea of the Polish Gas Industry Congress organisation was produced in 2008. it was resolved that the Congress would be held every other year on alternating years to Kielce’s Gas Engineering Fair EXPO-GAS.

The first Congress edition was held in 2008, the second was combined with the 2nd Central European Gas Congress and took place in October 2010.

Both editions generated a substantial interest and brought together about 500 participants; outstanding experts and business insiders of gas industry sector form Poland and abroad. The Congresses referred to the vital problems of the business sector operation, including the role of gas in Poland’s and EU’s energy policy, implementation of the 2nd Gas Directive and the possibilities of the 3rd Gas Directive implementation in the V4 group countries as well as the gas markets of the V4 Group.

The congress will be attended by renowned experts and people with hands-on experience in the business sector as well as MP’s, representatives of central offices, higher education institutions and technical associations.
