“Teaching can be compared to the Parable of the Sower – said Małgorzata Muzoł, Świętokrzyskie Superintendent upon opening of the EDUKACJA Trade Fair – the teachers’ and educators’ task and objective is to provide a good sower; a good teacher for each pupil, no matter how demanding or difficult this may be. We must be ready for the change brought about by the present day education system; we need to be open for novelties, challenges and the world which is constantly evolving. And this is the reason why hold the EDUKACJA trade fair – this is the meeting place, the forum for talks and discussions”

The opening ceremony of the EDUKACJA trade fair has brought together the regional and municipal authorities, representatives of scientific milieus, superintendents from all over Poland, school and kindergarten principals as well as exhibitors who showcase their products at the exhibition. The speakers highlighted the importance and significance of the EDUKACJA trade fair. “This is the place of essential meaning for Poland’s education – and it is hard to overestimate the meeting’s importance” highlighted Piotr Dobrołęcki; the Chairman of the EDUKACJA Programme Board, the editor-in-chief of the “Magazyn Literacki KSIĄŻKI” (BOOKS – Literature Magazine).

The EDUKACJA expo continues for three days. The exhibition is accompanied with the National Head Teachers' Forum as well as the Forum of Kindergarten and Early School Education.
