The 2nd edition of the DACH MASTERS competition has launched! We are waiting for registrations!
ROOF MASTERS is a unique industry competition targeted at roofers, tinsmiths, and carpenters who would like to present their skills to a broader audience. So what to do in order to take part in the Competition and compete for attractive prizes? You must go through two stages that will select winners in each of the three categories:
The first stage in each category is exactly the same - post a message marked #DACHMASTERS in the relevant industry group by 20 November 2022: the craftsmanship of roofing, the craftsmanship of sheet metal, the craftsmanship of carving. Posts must contain from one to three photos of the participant’s work.
5 participants from each category will qualify for the second stage of the Competition. By 11 December 2022, 10.00 pm, those with the largest number of likes under their post enter the consecutive location. The contest details are available in the Rules and Regulations tab.
The two days’ Competition will take place of the Congress and Expo for Roofers, Tinsmiths and Carpenters ROOF FORUM at this stage. The task prepared by the Competition Jury Panel are respective for each category:
- Roofing - Installation of roofing with a gutter and facade
- Sheet metal work - fabrication of any element of the roof / ornament / roof decoration using the materials provided
- Carpentry - the roof structure according to the provided design. The calculation technique at the participant’s discretion, they can use a computer with specialized software, a smartphone, or a calculator.
During the evaluation of the second stage, the Competition Jury Panel will take into account how advanced are the works, their quality and the aesthetics of the details, creativity and compliance with the design.
The awards will be presented during the gala on 15 January 2023.
