the Foundry Goes Green seminar addressed ecology and energy saving in modern foundries. This energy-intensive and emission-intensive industry is faced with the need to reduce costs and CO2 emissions. "In Poland, CO2 emissions per 1 MWh of energy amount to 810 kg, in Germany 310 kg, and in France only 20 kg," emphasised Andrzej Ładysz and Adrian Jonczyk from ABAS Business Solutions Poland. The foundry industry must look for new technologies and savings.
