– The first Log In Pack Congress demonstrated that in the packaging and logistics industry demonstrates a strong need for meetings and In-Pack type events. They are a place to exchange experiences, but also to take advantage of special offers and advice on cost optimisation resulting from effective management and modern technologies - Andrzej Mochoń PhD, president of Targi Kielce, spoke about the upcoming event.
The second Log In Pack Congress and the extra portion of knowledge
A foretaste of this year's event - the June Log In Pack Congress. For two days, the industry representatives talked about the most common problems, but also the opportunities offered by this sector of the economy. Doctor Andrzej Mochoń, president of Targi Kielce, spoke about how strong the packaging and logistics industry are; this was demonstrated at last year's congress. - The packaging industry brings a lot of surprises, especially at the pandemic, times when it was one of the few that resisted the crisis - It comes as a surprise that the packaging sector is worth PLN 55 billion a year in terms of production value. In addition, 1/5 of all EU packaging companies operate in Poland. I am even more glad that we can host representatives of this thriving and developing industry at Targi Kielce.
The packaging industry is a strong branch of the economy.
Poland has maintained and secured its leading position in the wooden packaging export , both in terms of the total value of exports and its growth. According to various estimates, the European cardboard packaging market is worth over USD 10.5 billion. Polish companies are among the most dynamically developing in Europe in this sector. Polish companies' value is estimated to exceen USD 800 million. Many of them will present an extensive range of new solutions and global trends in Kielce - transport, industrial, large-scale, specialized, warehouse and e-commerce packaging. This is only a part of the event's product and service range. The three days expo abounds with solutions related to packaging labelling and identification systems, production and transport machines, and materials used to produce packaging, such as metal, wood, paper, plastics and fabrics.
IntraMag - a meeting platform for the logistics industry
There was no comprehensive platform for leading suppliers of technologies and services in intralogistics; this shortage prompted the IntraMag Poland organizers to create a business trade fair dedicated to internal logistics, new technologies in supply chain management and security in warehouses. The event, new on the Polish market, will enable intralogistics professionals to learn about market novelties that facilitate the management of warehouse space. Staying up to date with changing trends is important. We need to be prepared - increasingly faster response to industrial production's needs and processes in internal logistics and increased flexibility are on the horison.
LET'S PACK IT!
One of the highlights of the In-Pack Expo is the LET'S PACK IT! show zone, where you will be able to see the robotic arm in action, automatic packaging systems' functions, and optimization processes. – We are not afraid of risk and we like to experiment with new technologies. We are most fascinated by spectacular projects that are a challenge and effort for the entire team, but also a great satisfaction when they are completed - concludes Marcin Królski, one of the owners of Relopack, encouraging to participate in next year's fair.
The In-Pack and IntraMag Expo last until Thursday, 15 February. Free registration available on-site at Targi Kielce.
