This year's Enex is the showcase for Huawei Polska to present its latest products for residential buildings: the SUN2000-5/6/8/10/12K-MAP0 inverter, SmartGuard - 63A - T0 - emergency power distribution board, intelligent optimizer - HUAWEI SUN2000-600W-P, LUNA2000 S1 energy storage system and EMMA-A02 (energy management assistant). The company's goal is to emphasise the importance of providing a safe power supply (including emergency power) in all weather conditions.
MAP0 + SMARTGUARD T0
MAP0 is equipped with an intelligent AFCI system (electric arc detection system based on intelligent algorithms and fast operation - 0.5 s), roof safety thanks to the Rapid Shut Down function (fast shutdown using full optimisation) and a PV and Battery connector temperature detection system increasing the safety of the installation at home. Built-in type II surge protection does not require the use of an additional SPD; the model meets the IP66 protection class, can operate in temperatures from -25 °C to 60 °C, has passive cooling at 12 kW of nominal power, and works quieter than a whisper (29 dB). The device offers a network stabilisation function through asymmetric energy allocation on each of the 3 phases and can operate in continuous overload at 110% of nominal power. The new design combines the device's smaller dimensions and weight (21kg) with higher nominal power and well-thought-out solutions, e.g., DC switching located on the side of the inverter.
The SUN2000-5/6/8/10/12-MAP0 combined with the SMARTGUARD-63A-T0 device provides three-phase emergency power support with asymmetric power allocation across phases. Up to 3 MAP0 series inverters can be connected to one SMARTGUARD-63A-T0 module, allowing up to 36kW of available power. Each inverter can be overloaded up to 200% of its nominal power for a specified period of time in emergency power mode. The switching in an imperceptible time, less than a blink (<20ms). Thanks to the built-in EMMA energy management assistant, the installation has a peak shaving function and can operate in various modes to adapt to the user's needs. EMMA is also a HEMS solution that enables intelligent control of the photovoltaic installation for even greater self-consumption, which is becoming increasingly important in the era of net billing. This solution does not require the use of an additional switchboard and the assembly of all elements has been simplified. In the case of expansion and integration with the LUNA2000-7/14/21-S1 energy storage system with a maximum capacity of 42 kWh when installing 2 storage units, this is the highest level of safety solution on the market.
LUNA2000-215kWh-2S10
Introducing the world's first energy storage with hybrid cooling - the C2C security system provides protection at every level. Starting from the thermal insulation of individual cells, through the oxygen barrier and the directional smoke removal system to protecting the surroundings against the uncontrolled effects of an explosion. The energy storage device was the first on the market to obtain certification from TÜV Rheinland (2 PfG 2988/08.24 Clause 6.4.3). Unique cooling ensures a smaller temperature difference across the cells, which translates into a higher SOH (State of Health) by at least 2%, which means the battery degrades slower, so it loses its maximum capacity slower. Built-in optimizers monitor the battery charge level (SoC) to ensure a depth of discharge (DOD) of 100%. Most of the energy consumed by energy storage facilities is due to thermal management. LUNA2000-215kWh-2S10 can operate in different modes depending on your needs. At an ambient temperature of around 40 °C, the device uses active liquid cooling; at low temperatures (e.g. -10 °C), the heat generated during DC/AC conversion is used. When operating at nominal temperature, ambient air is used as a coolant. These solutions result in an RTE (return to life) factor of 91.3%, which measures the efficiency of the charge and discharge cycle. Automatic SOC calibration reduces the number of required on-site visits. The coolant has a life cycle of 10 years, teducing operating and maintenance costs directly translates into 10% higher profits. One solution for all applications - the device includes an integrated PCS, cooling system, cell sets and an energy management system. The storage can be used in both grid-connected and island-based solutions, it does not require a transformer, and the built-in PCS allows for a high-quality, three-phase, 4-wire power supply - total harmonic current distortion is less than 1.5% (THDi).
SUN2000-150K-MG0
The new inverter for commercial and industrial use is, above all, safe, reliable and offers higher yield.
High maximum power point tracking efficiency (MPPT efficiency) is at the level of 99.839%, recovery from potentially induced degradation (PID) increases yields by up to 3%. With the use of a control algorithm that increases the maximum efficiency up to 98.8%!
The response time in case of detection of a ground path interruption when connecting the inverter to the grid is less than 15 ms, which minimizes the risk of serious consequences for both the installer and the devices themselves. Key inverter components have been reinforced to prevent voltage surges, if overheating of the photovoltaic connector on the DC side is detected, it switches off within 0.5 s. The SSDL (Smart String Disconnection Level) system quickly disconnects the voltage in the event of faults on the DC side, while AFCI detects the formation of electric arcs up to 450 m away.
150K - MG0 is reliability tested in rigorous conditions such as lightning discharge, varying temperatures and high ambient humidity. More than 1,400 tests, including field tests, were conducted to confirm the product's reliability.
Savings on BOS (Balance of System) when using the 150K-MG0 series inverter means up to 5% less expenditure on cabling and other installation components compared to common solutions on the market.
Module-precise insulation resistance detection enables quick and simplified operation and maintenance of PV installations.
The 150K-MG0 product series is also available in the SUN5000 version, operating in full optimization, supporting the rapid shutdown function that reduces the voltage at PV modules to safe levels, thus increasing the safety of service work. SUN5000 meets the MPLE requirements applicable to the insurance of industrial facilities with a photovoltaic installation.
