Several hundred paintings and sculptures from over a hundred artists

Thanks to cooperation with the Art in House Auction House and the Art Gallery, the Arts Zone complements Sacroexpo for the first time. Not only can you see several hundred paintings, sculptures and icons by over a hundred artists. The 24th religious industry meeting is held from 19 to 21 June 2023. For the first time this turns the Targi Kielce space into a real art gallery. The artist fellowship presenting their works in the Art Zone during the Sacroexpo Exhibition includes: Piotr Barszczowski, winner of the gold medal at the 13th Biennale in Florence, with his monumental "The Last Supper", Sylwester Stabryła, the creator of modern psychological portraits which make use of iconographic and compositional references to the works of European masters, Jan Dubrowin, a master of contemporary academicism, who introduces religious and spiritual topics to the world of Polish folklore and traditional customs. There is an exciting part of the Art Zone - contemporary, abstract, often minimalist icons by  Kateryna Kuziv, Ivan Dashko, Victoria Shtyk, Andrij Vynnychok, Danylo Movchan and Ewa Zalewska.

Live art auction at the Sacroexpo Exhibition

On the second day of Sacroexpo, on Tuesday, 20 June at 5:00 pm, some of the works presented in the Art Zone will be available for auction at a live art auction and online on a special platform. The offer includes  "The Last Supper" by Robert Jadczak, modern icons created at international plein-airs, an extremely interesting icon by Borys Fiodorowicz, depicting St.  George fighting a tank, and pop-art and comic-book depictions of Madonna and saints. There is also a real treat for collectors - Salvador Dali's lithographs from the Biblia Sacra collection with the artist's handwritten signature and Jerzy Nowosielski's infographics from the limited collector's portfolios "Bogurodzica" and "Mandylion". Also items for lovers of three-dimensional forms; a golden sculpture of the Madonna by Jacek Opała, a crucifix by the excellent Jean Lambert-Rucki and a sculpture of a saint made of steel by Wit Bogusławski are also available. You will be able to participate in the auction in person, by phone, by order and online, by logging in to the Onebid.pl portal.

 From devotional items, through organs, to a caravanning rally

Over 200 companies from 10 countries, including  Austria, Croatia, Greece, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Ukraine and Italy present their offer at the 24th Exhibition of Church Construction and Furnishings, Sacred Art and Religious Item - Sacroexpo.  The Targi Kielce's exhibition halls are presentation platform for the latest solutions used in religious buildings: modern, energy-saving heating systems for churches, professional sound and lighting equipment and systems, as well as modern IT systems. There is plethora of sculptures and figurines, stained-glass windows, paintings and icons, as well as gadgets and religious souvenirs at promotional prices. The latest offers from the best Catholic publishers: Christian novels, books for children and youth, as well as products dedicated to catechists and catechists are also on offer. The Targi Kielce epxo halls are filled with Viscount organs' sounds; the instrument has the latest PhysisPlus technology on board. The Astorg expo stand offers a live performance by the organist Krzysztof Tomaszewski. The expo offers an ample of the latest issues of the most famous Catholic magazines. Tourist and pilgrimage offices have also declared their presence.

From Sacroexpo to a pilgrimage

The pilgrimage offices present at the Sacroexpo have prepared a wide, attractive offer of domestic and international trips and pilgrimages for visitors. For over 15 years, the Franciscan Tourist and Pilgrimage Office "Patron Travel's" expo stand hosts a competition lottery for consecrated persons. The prizes are drawn in the two categories: one for nuns and the other for monks and priests.

Sacroexpo mission

Haftina -a  family company from Piotrków Trybunalski has been an Exhibitor of Sacroexpo for many years;  at the trade fair, in addition to a wide range of liturgical vestments, the company presents novelties such as procession umbrellas. At the company's expo stand, you can talk to Sister Alicja from the Boże Atelier Foundation, who is responsible for missions in Kenya. Talks about charitable activities in Africa, as well as about the possibilities of supporting those in need may result in beautiful, joint projects.

Screening of a film by a well-known documentary maker

In September 2023, the Ulma family will be beatificated in Poland: for the first time in history, the whole family will be raised to the altars. Rafael Publishing House from Krakow - the exhibitor of the Sacroexpo has focussed on the Ulma family for over a dozen years. Already in 2007, the album "Righteous Among the Nations of the World" was published. The year of beatification is marked with two publications on the family from Markowa. This year's Sacroexpo includes a meeting with Fr. dr Witold Burda - an exorcist, and postulator of the beatification process. On the same day Targi Kielce

is the stage for a screening of the "The Story of One Crime" film directed by Mariusz Pilis, a well-known documentary filmmaker.

Caravanning rally during Sacroexpo

For the first time, 16 crews from the Catholic Caravanning Association "Together on the Road" are stationed on the premises of the Kielce exhibition and congress centre during; they come for the three days' religious industry trade fair. Their presence at the Sacroexpo is related to the 6th edition of the Rally on the Trail of Sanctuaries and Churches on the Wiślica - Kielce route.

The rally crew that have come to Sacroexpo include representatives of Chełm, Tarnów, Rabka, Wisła, Jastrzębie, Żory, Jelenia Góra, Kędzierzyn, Skierniewice, Kielce, Węgrów and Wejherowo. You can even go inside motorhomes and caravans.

The Sacroexpo - the International Exhibition starts on Monday, 19 June and continues until Wednesday, 21 June in Targi Kielce, Zakładowa 1. The event is open to the public, no admission fee
