Mobile ISR Satellite Reconnaissance Platform premieres at MSPO
The Mobile Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance System (ISR) is one of the most technologically advanced solutions in the world. It enables armed forces to make quick decisions based on constantly updated satellite data. The premiere on 4 September at Targi Kielce results from cooperation initiated a year earlier at MSPO between the Polish Armaments Group, ICEYE and Military Communication Works No. 1.
Military Communication Works No. 1 SA (WZŁ-1 SA), ICEYE Polska, the domestic branch of the world leader in the field of permanent monitoring of the Earth using radar satellites, and Polish Armaments Group SA (PGZ SA). The consortium demonstrated the jointly developed Mobile Satellite Reconnaissance Platform ISR (MPRS ISR), adapted to work with satellites equipped with synthetic aperture radars (SAR) and optical sensors.
The system integrates communication and data transmission, operational security, power supply, and a specially designed antenna system that enables rapid data exchange and immediate transmission to appropriate recipients at every command level. All components were installed in a specially prepared container to be transported on a Jelcz chassis.
