The Secretaries Meeting at the SACROEXPO
As part of the 21st International Exhibition of Church Construction, Church Fittings and Furnishings and Religious SACROEXPO, Targi Kielce hosted the meeting of the Provincial Orders Secretaries in Poland. In the first session at the provincial secretaries conference focussed on matters related to proceedings, documentation in the secret, in-camera registry, personal files, monastic chronicles and all rules related to the GDPR. The training chaired by father Professor Dariusz Borek, the dean of the Faculty of Canon Law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, the latest Vatican guidelines were discussed - the so-called Handbook for Action on Child Abuse and Neglect.
- Tomorrow we will meet the Press Officer of the Polish Bishops' Conference, Fr. Leszek Gęsiak, who will celebrate Holy Mass for us, and discuss the issues of cooperation of the bishops' spokesman with religious congregations. Thus, we will also have the opportunity to learn and discuss current information from the episcopal secretariat - emphasized Robert Wawrzeniecki, the Forum of Inter-Religious Cooperation director.
The joint session of secretaries and economy officers will also be devoted to preparations for the Zakon-EWID and Finance-EWID software latest editions development.
The meeting for the Secretaries and Provincial Economy Officers of the Orders in Poland will last until 30 September 2020.
