The unique world of blocks from the Museum of Fairy Tales and Stories! Kingdom of Building Blocks at Klocki Fest in Kielce
The Museum of Fairy Tales and Stories program includes interactive exhibitions, workshops, and events for children, teenagers, and adults. MuBaBaO offers permanent and temporary exhibitions, live storytelling, interactive classes for children, a music zone, and a readers zone. However, the blocks are the focal point of the museum's attraction. One can enter the extraordinary world of creative play with MuBaBaO blocks! Blocks are more than fun - they offer development, education and endless adventure for children and adults. The offer includes three unique types of blocks that can change the way you play and learn.
Michał Malinowski is MuBaBaO the founder and originator . He is a unique creator who became famous as the author of three types of blocks, of which the entire Kingdom of MuBaBaO Blocks is made. His innovative approach to education through play made his blocks a tool not only for entertainment, but also for developing children's skills on various levels. Michał Malinowski not only developed innovative blocks, but also developed unique methods of using blocks to make visits to museums more attractive. His blocks have gained international recognition, and Malinowski is considered the true King of Blocks. In 2013, at the ICOM World Congress of Museums in Rio de Janeiro, his container with Drewniaki blocks was stopped at the border, thus Malinowski started his own production of blocks in the vicinity of Rio de Janeiro. He used these blocks to build the Giraffe of Happiness, known today as the "Polish Giraffe in Rio". In 2016, at the next Congress of Museum Professionals in Milan, he presented Fairy Tale Creatures sensory blocks. The same blocks, under the name Football Creatures, were later presented as a living interactive installation during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022. He also presented MuBaBaO Creative Thinking Blocks at the event - the international audience built models in the beautiful scenery on the Cornish in Doha. MuBaBaO blocks were also presented in Canada, India, Morocco and Ghana, where the Fairy Tale Museum and Michał Malinowski conducted numerous educational projects. Creative Thinking Blocks are also gaining popularity at universities in Poland and abroad - blocks are used in the curriculum at Stony Brook University in New York and the University of Economics in Lisbon. Thanks to his innovative solutions and passion, Michał Malinowski has become an inspiration for many educators worldwide, and his blocks constantly develop the imagination and skills of children and students worldwide.
